About Me
Who I am, how I work, and what I care about
I’m Álvaro — Andalusian by heart, designer by trade. I like quiet mornings, good ideas, and turning messy problems into simple products.
Who I am
When I’m not deep in Figma or testing flows, you’ll probably find me training at Ghetto (my local CrossFit gym), grabbing something tasty to eat, or losing track of time in a video game.
I like having things under control — maybe too much —my calendar’s colour-coded, my groceries are planned to the gram, and yes, I time my rest days. I’m big on movement, training, eating well, and doing things that help me feel balanced, in and outside of work.
How I work
I like working closely with others — asking the right questions, aligning fast, and keeping things moving. Decisions are better when made together, feedback is always welcome, and clarity usually beats perfection.
Progress shared is progress that sticks.
What I care about
I care about design that helps, not just looks good. About teams that trust each other. About slowing down when it matters, and moving fast when it doesn’t.
Outside of work, I care about feeling grounded — through movement, good food, time with people I trust, and space to think. The balance between discipline and freedom is what keeps me steady, and curious.
